The Yoga for Kids and Preteens Meetup is designed to introduce kids and preteens (ages 5-11) and their families to the healthful benefits of a regular yoga practice. Every Sunday, we offer a yoga class that  incorporates yoga postures, themes, breath-work, and relaxation techniques that are equal parts beneficial, practical, and fun.
